Dear Julie,

Anyone who has ever dealt with payroll knows it is a thankless job. The only feedback ever received is the negative kind, when an employee's paycheck has an error. I had become quite exasperated with the service we were receiving with our payroll service at the time; our payrolls had to be checked line by line for errors. I had received marketing information from ExcelPay and decided to discuss the possibility of changing companies. Tynes Hildebrand came to our offices to tell me I would not have those worries with ExcelPay. I decided to convert mid-year. They assured me the conversion would not be a painful process. That was the first of many promises to come that ExcelPay would keep. The conversion went seamlessly.

Accuracy is no longer a concern, as the only errors made now, are mine! Thankfully, payroll is now a non-issue for us. Julie Rowlenson handles our account superbly for us. I am confident that each payroll, our multiple state tax filings, and all of our customized reports are being handled by a very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Reports I once manually tracked are they now produce for me. When I have a need for a special report, it is received promptly.

Partnering with ExcelPay for our payroll needs was one of my best business decisions!
